Just the two of us

Our weekend away was fabulous. We sat by the pool and beach for hours on end, ate a lot of great food and slept in three days in a row. I really don't think we could have asked for a more relaxing couple of days. Punta Mita is a great resort area about 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and our hotel was paradise. It was so nice to have some time with just the two of us and we didn't talk about Audrey the whole time just part of it. I was so proud of Jeremy who actually read a book that he started on our trip to India (yes, 15 months ago) and is almost done with it. He is as non-stop with work as I am with Audrey and so we were both in much need of some R & R. I wish I was able to bottle up the rest I felt and spread it out because we both commented last night that we are tired again!!

Audrey did great with my Mom but I think my Mom was more tired than she's been in a while. With little sleep and a non-stop motion machine, Audrey can tire out the highest energy person pretty quickly.

I love to travel so much and feel the bug coming on. With only one child I feel like I need to get my fill before another (hopefully) comes. We are filling our calender with some fun things and I feel like I can get through the last couple months of winter with these carrots keeping me going. What am I going to do when I have more kids and it's not this easy? I'm sure I'll figure it out.
